Hello.

 

My fitbit versa 2 (35.70.7.14) is not sending me any notifications. Occassionally I get an error message in the notifications stating the notification service not working and that I need to restart my phone to re-enable. The error disappears and reappears and I am still not receiving any notifications. I have restarted both my phone and fitbit numerous times, done a factory reset and re linked my fitbit to my phone, re installed fitbit app, made sure all permissions were turned on, notifications on my apps turned on... nothing is working. It was working fine yesterday and prior but suddenly stopped now. I have a Samsung galaxy s10 and everything is up to date.

I'm having the same problem. I have an LG G7. Everything was working fine yesterday. Today, the phone won't sync with my fitbit and I'm not getting any message notifications. When I restart my phone, it immediately syncs and notifications work, but then it stops working almost immediately.
