Hello,

I didn't find a topic discussing this matter.

I am using a Huawei P30 pro with the newest Android version. The notification were always working and than just stopped.

When I'm tapped on my smart watch icon in the fitbit app, the button for setting up my notifications is missing.

I tried deleting the app, restarting my phone, deleting the watch from my profile, unsyncing the device etc.

Anyone with the same problem or an answer for this problem.

Hi @lina15 - Huawei phones have never worked as they should with Fitbit devices. In case you have not already checked out this Help page, you can check here for additional instructions on setting up a Huawei phone. Hope it helps!
