Hi @Jelilah , when you have the latest iOS update (iOS 13) on your phone, these problems are a known issue and are trying to be solved by Fitbit. Why does it take that long? After the update by Apple, Apple itself caused these problems by changing the rules regarding handling notifications of which Fitbit was not aware. So, Fitbit has to repair a problem that's caused by Apple itself and that takes a while, so, how inconvient it is, have patience. regards kuzibri
