I have configured the Phone Notifications for calls and Emails on My Versa Lite. but i do not get any notifications on the Watch. It is always connected to my phone via bluetooth.

I see numerous complaints about this issue. Going on for months and it’s scary because they’re not obviously fixing it if its that long. I just bought a brand new versa 2 because my versa was not getting text messages assuming it’s broke, and now I see with other complaints it a Fitbit problem. So my new Versa 2 isnt getting text messages EITHER and FITBIT doesn’t help, their over phone troubleshoot doesn’t help either. I’ve done theIt steps more than three times, latest iPhone updated software on both blah blah blah for my Versa. Said sorry out of warranty. So I buy new one and no text notifications for that one too. So I called for my new Versa 2 and I got hung up on twice. For this much money and now I’m sad because I purchased a new one for no reason when it’s a Fitbit problem. I thought my first one was broken as no one could fix it. I’m noticing it’s Fitbit issue. It’s a lot of money for not caring about helping customers with her complaints on text messages.

Almost 3 yrs no answer to this one and now I’m still having trouble with the new Versa 4 different phone since then and now texts.
Soon I’ll which to my Apple Watch. At least they help.
