Notifications and clock face issues

I just set up my new Fitbit Versa and the watch face only displays a green tile with dots. I can't get the watch face to load. The buttons do nothing and swiping doesn't do anything. I am not getting notifications.

Please help.

Thank you so much for the response. I kept at it and was finally able to
resolve the issue. I am now onto the task of learning all the great option
fitbit has!
