Fit Bit not charging

Hi all,

 

I just bought myself the new Fitbit versa but it won't charge. I found an article and followed overstep but still won't charge. 

 

Is their a solution for this?

 

Hopefully someone can help me!

Can you try restarting the Versa to see if that helps. Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs, you will see the fitbit logo, release the buttons and the device will restart.

Sorry you got a defective charger. My only best advice is to try a third party charger: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07BSH95YQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1526164788&sr=8-2-spons&pi=AC_S.... I have this one. Works without issue and better than original.

Thanks, only problem that model doesn't ship to my country. So I will have to look for an other option.

I just got my Versa on Friday.  It never charged.  I spend Saturday on the phone with the company.  Sadly they still haven't told me what they are going to do about it.  I had to send them pictures of the thing sitting in the charger plugged into the USB port and a picture of a 0% battery!  I loved my original fitbit but I'm a little unhappy that they can't decide what to do about their defective product.  smh
