Can you try restarting the Versa to see if that helps. Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs, you will see the fitbit logo, release the buttons and the device will restart.

Thanks, only problem that model doesn't ship to my country. So I will have to look for an other option.
Best AnswerI just got my Versa on Friday. It never charged. I spend Saturday on the phone with the company. Sadly they still haven't told me what they are going to do about it. I had to send them pictures of the thing sitting in the charger plugged into the USB port and a picture of a 0% battery! I loved my original fitbit but I'm a little unhappy that they can't decide what to do about their defective product. smh
