Notifications are missed on Versa 2

Iam using oneplus7 phone and I recently bought versa 2.... notifications are being missed like call and messages...and to my horror just got to knw that oneplus 7 is not in the supported phones list.. which is very odd and backlagging....can u guys plz help me sort this issue.

I'm sorry to hear about the notifications issue that you have experienced with your Versa 2. As you mentioned, I'm afraid that the OnePlus 7 is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why the notifications are not working properly.
