Hi @Heidia64 did you try what the Fitbit Moderator suggested in December? Here is what they told you to do:
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To look into this, may I know if you're not able to receive any type of notification (call, text messages, calendar and apps)? If that's correct, double check if the DND and Sleep Mode are turned off on your watch as these settings will prevent you from receiving notifications when turned on.
