Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I have tried everything and cannot get notifications on my Versa 2

Hi @Heidia64  did you try what the Fitbit Moderator suggested in December? Here is what they told you to do:

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To look into this, may I know if you're not able to receive any type of notification (call, text messages, calendar and apps)? If that's correct, double check if the DND and Sleep Mode are turned off on your watch as these settings will prevent you from receiving notifications when turned on. To check this, I'd recommend the reviewing this help article.

 

Once that is done, please try the following steps:

  1. Forget your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap Notifications and for each of your preferred apps, make sure:
    Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.
    Notification Center is selected under Alerts.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try receiving a notification on your phone to test your Versa 2.
