Notifications don't show in app to even turn on texts and calls for a Galaxy Note 8

I am trying to turn on text and call notifications. Bluetooth is on. Do not distrub is off. Notifications are allowed for fitbit, but yet when I go into the app under notifications the only thing that shows is the regular push notifications for fitbit. Nothing comes up from the phone to even choose from. What am I doing wrong?

Go to you app, then account (credit card icon), select Versa. Scroll down to the General Heading. The first subheading under it is Notificaions. Tap that and it will allow you to set up what you want. Let us know ifnthat works for you.

I am having the same issues.  I just got the Tracker 2 for Mother's day.  The choice to turn on texts, calls, calendars is not even an option under Notifications.   Where do I find this?
