I tried all the steps in the troubleshooting page (except the factory reset option) but my Versa still does not receive notifications. It can sync data (like my steps, heart beat, etc) to my phone though, which I find quite weird.
I know for sure that my Versa is not receiving notifications, because when I tried test calling, my Versa doesn't seem to respond to the test call at all.
Is there any other way to fix my notification problem other than factory resetting? I really don't want to wipe out all my data.

@Andra77 I have a thread with similar issue, this may help you
do this (sounds a lot but takes only a few minutes) these steps are for Android, sorry I don't know about others..
Turn off Bluetooth
Turn off location
In settings, click apps, Fitbit, storage, then clear cache and clear data
Go to the Fitbit app and open it
When prompted, turn on location from within the app, and tick the offered permission boxes
When prompted turn on Bluetooth from within the app and give permission
When prompted to allow permissions for contacts etc, agree
It will probably sync now
Press notifications (under the general heading) and check you have WhatsApp or SMS, your email account etc then click on App Notifications, they will all have become unticked so select all again
Sorted!
If you use Alexa from your Fitbit, you'll need to go into that again from the main Fitbit app page and give permission again
If you would like to be aware the next time your Fitbit loses connection I suggest downloading a free clock face with a temperature option since when you lose connection the temperature reads --, and at least you know you won't be getting any notifications anytime soon..

Thank you very much for the advice; however, my notifications are still not going through! I tried setting up Wi-Fi and the developer bridge but after setting them up, they seem to lose connection quite frequently (I'm not sure if this contributes to the notification problem). I also tried downloading a new clock face with a temperature option, but this message appears, "To install this clock, make sure that the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update."
I updated the app on my phone, but how do I update my Versa? And could this be the reason why my notifications are still not going through?
