My FitBit Versa Lite is only 4 weeks old and it has gone completely inactive. The screen lights up slightly but just a blank grey/black screen. I’ve tried resetting it, charging it for a couple of hours but nothing seems to be bringing it back to life. I now can’t find the device on my Fitbit app now either it just keeps looking for it. Anybody help to please? Thank you!
Best AnswerI contacted the chat support and went through the steps. They are now sending out a replacement device.
