Fitbit Versa Lite Screen Blank

My FitBit Versa Lite is only 4 weeks old and it has gone completely inactive. The screen lights up slightly but just a blank grey/black screen. I’ve tried resetting it, charging it for a couple of hours but nothing seems to be bringing it back to life. I now can’t find the device on my Fitbit app now either it just keeps looking for it. Anybody help to please? Thank you!

Having the same issue 👎 very frustrating! Mines is only a few weeks old also.

Same exact thing I am dealing with.   Very frustrated!  I have tried resetting as well.  Nothing is fixing it 

   Mine is only a couple months old too.

I contacted the chat support and went through the steps. They are now sending out a replacement device.
