Notifications issue - Versa 2, iPhone 11 pro

Just got a new Versa 2 as a gift. I have read all the forum site recommendations and still cannot get my text message or calendar alerts. Only thing that comes through is missed calls. I’ve done all the preference changes, restarts, Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect and still doesn’t work. Feel this is very frustrating, main reason I got this was for the notifications.  I have an iPhone 11 Pro with 13.3 iOS. Anyone have a work around that hasn’t already been posted?

I have the same issue. Versa 2 worthless to me??

Should correct myself..I have a galaxy s10+ and cant get notifications

How long has the issue been happening for you? My boyfriend said to wait
and see if they come up with a fix, but many on the discussion panels are
going on 1.5 months of it not working. So seems pointless then to keep if
they don’t have a fix soon?

been having the same problem.   was told they are working on it but that was about 4 weeks ago.  It is useless unless I get my notifications

Hi Meredith! Had my versa 2 since Christmas. I wish I could be patient but
it's an expensive product that doesnt work. I want to return it, but I
maybe past the return deadline. Would be so sad to not be able to use as it
was advertised. Any suggestions?

Meredith, I got my versa 2 for Christmas and it never got messages. I have called support and they go thru steps and still doest work. They finally just tell me it a software issue and they are working in it. I have no patience. Such a shame that this happening to all of us. Messages is an important feature of the versa 2. Ta wo yuh kd think they wo yuh kd have corrected this by now. Any suggestions???

I’m thinking with all the responses that I will probably return mine. It
was the primary reason I got this was for the messaging. I will call just
to make sure it can’t be fixed but if that doesn’t do the trick I will be
returning it this week. Seems like false advertising of this product if it
doesn’t work with the latest iOS iPhone software which I’d imagine is a
large portion of their customer base.
