I have not been receiving text message notifications since my last phone update, I have a Samsung s10 plus. I have reset my phone,my versa lite, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I am out of options please help.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Have you had any luck in resolving this?! I have the same phone/versa issue and also tried all the trouble shooting options..can get calls and notifications from other apps (including fitbit!) But not texts.

I have been waiting for over a month for this issue to be resolved. They have no time frame as of this morning for this issue to be resolved.

I'm not receiving any notifications at all on my Versa. No calls, texts or any notifications from any of my other apps.
