My versa notifications aren't working I already did all the recommended steps but in the app it says that I have to restart my phone I restarted and it still isn't working I already updated my system and also the fitbit app and it still isn't working
please help

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Versa and the notifications feature. To further investigate, can you please send me a screenshot of the error message that's on the Fitbit app requesting you to restart your device?
