My messages and calls are not appearing on my versa 2. Tried everything from restart to checking whether the permissions were given. Nothing works plz help. Infact on the Fitbit app it clearly says in red that the notifications are not running and the phone requires a restart. Tried to restart too but this too doesn't solve the problem . Plz help

I get calls and emails just not text notifications. I am using Samsung Galaxy s10+. It is really annoying this is my 4th fitbit and I have never had this issue.

same here.... sometimes I will get 'Active Call' but most of the time not. text worked for the first week i had it and hasn't worked since.

I just got done talking to someone from fitbit and they said it's a software issue and that the engineers are working on it. They said there is no timeframe. Just to keep checking for updates. Its disappointing since this was one feature I was looking forward too.
