Hi, try this:

Since your Versa does not delete your notifications, I would advice you to restart your watch and see if that solves your problem. Restarting is simple and can be done in two ways:

1. Go to settings, scroll down to Device Info, press that and scroll down untill you see: shutdown and press it. Once your watch has been shut down, wait for a short time and then press the home button (left one) to start your Versa again, or:

2. Press and hold the left and right lower buttons together and wait untill the Fitbit Logo appears on you display and release the buttons.

Of course not, it's not a factory reset, but just a restart of your Versa.
