None of my notifications are coming through my Versa. I have deleted the app and reset, removed my Versa and re-added. Nothing has worked. I'm at a loss and ready to throw it out and start over!! 😣

Hi @Amynicole88 what phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? Have a look at THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications. Please come back if that doesnt help you.

Sorry, I'm using a Google Pixel. I have had my versa and it's worked with no issues since November. It's been all of a sudden that it doesn't work .I've tried all of the troubleshooting which is why I've come here.

I am having a similar problem but only with text notifications, All other notifications are working. I did get emergency and government notification to show up by resetting the watch 3 times in a row. Hold the left button and lower right until the watch resets and the fit bit icon shows up. Once it’s finished the set up do it two more times. Not sure if it will help but worth a try, I have given up on getting text to work and it does seem to be a issue with the versa.

Hey @Amynicole88, welcome aboard! I appreciate you have taken the time to troubleshoot this not getting notifications issue. Just make sure that the notifications are ON on the Versa itself. To make sure about this, just press and hold the side button of your Versa until it vibrates and then tap where it says notifications to turn them on/off.
@Old-timer64, welcome aboard! If your Versa is not getting text notifications from your iPhone XS, I suggest you take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't getting notifications from my phone If the issue persists, let me know!
Thanks for your help @NellyG!
I'l be around!

Same here... it worked yesterday and not today. And I just got my versa a couple of days ago. So upsetting. Glad I have 30 days to return it. For a brand new device, I find this ridiculous.

By troubleshooting, I mean completely. I have also done a factory reset. Nothing. My notifications are on.

Hi, mine stopped syncing after my Samsung S8+ updated over night last night. Might have something to do with it but what is the fix now?

I’m currently on hold with Fitbit... at this point, I can’t even use it as a watch.

I have a Google Pixel 3 and I'm having the exact same issue. My notifications stopped working completely last week after the latest Fitbit app update. I've tried everything. Reset, re-pair, resync, and the list goes on. What's annoying is that I can change the clock face on the Versa, but I can't change any of the clock face options such as color option, or layout. It's really annoying and now I actually have to constantly check my phone for missed calls or texts while I'm at work. I hope they fix this issue soon. I'm over it.

I have a Pixel 3 so I think I did figure it out. I did this a few days ago and it's been working ever since. Go to Settings, and then in the search bar, type "notification access". When it comes up in the settings tap on it to open the Notifications Access page. Check to see if Fitbit is toggled Off or On. If it's On, turn it off. Then open the Fitbit app > tap the watch in the top right corner > tap notifications. At this point it should ask you to if you allow Fitbit to have access to your notifications. Tap the pink button at the bottom. I think it says "Get Started" or "Enable Notifications". When you tap that, you'll be right back at the Notification Access page so you turn on the access for Fitbit. Once you do that, you'll go right back to the Fitbit app. Do a test call notification and it should work. 😃

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue by yourselves.
@5arahr, @Old-timer64, @Shontae2001 and @Amynicole88, as recommended, please take a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't getting notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
@Dustinandsrasmo, those are great news! I am glad to hear that your watch is receiving notifications again. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.
Also guys, if you haven't checked if you are using compatible devices, check the article Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
Keep me posted.
