I have been testing my versa 2 smoke Christmas 2019 and this is what I have found. I have a Samsung Note 10 and I do not receive text notifications on my Fitbit using the default messaging app. If I use Google messages then I get the notification on my Fitbit. Also Alexa still does not work. I will test the new one that was sent to me when it comes tomorrow 9 Jan 2020. If I can't use the default texting app or Alexa doesn't work I would like to know how to return them and get my money back. Anyone else have this problem? I researched this and really thought this was one of the best watches but now have very serious doubts. Still waiting on a reply for Fitbit. Should have went with a Samsung Galaxy Watch that I bought for my wife and she had absolutely no problems with.

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

I realize that now but text notifications did work for about a day or two and then not anymore. All other notifications work, like for all other apps that I have set. Just the text notifications don't work which is what I really need. Like I said I should have done more research like looking through the forms for problems like this which there seems to be a lot of.
