Hi! I am using OnePlus 5 and Fitbit was compatible with the phone showing all the notifications, call, texts and app, until it's recent update. Since the Fitbit app is updated I receive only call notifications and no other notification is displayed on the watch after sync. Pl support to resolve.

Hi @08.kunal  Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List and I think that is the cause of your problems. Sometimes an unsupported phone may work, but is subject to interruption of the connecting when something changes - usually an update to phone or tracker.  All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Notification problems
