I have a S9 and am having problems with SMS vibrating on me versa to tell me I have recieved an SMS or popping down to show me. I have restarted both phone and watched, uninstall and reinstall and factory reset and still nothing. Everything is set correctly and nothing is on do not disturb.
I have the same phone and having the same issue with my notifications for text messages. when I call tech support the representative told me there's a known issue and she doesn't know when it's going to be fixed.
I'm having the same issues with the hourly notifications of 250 steps... very disappointing - have restarted, cleaned, etc. as well. Please fix this soon. Thank you,
I too have not been getting notifications. A few others I’ve talked with have the same issue. Very annoying! Should not have to put up with this for so long. These Versa products are not inexpensive. I’m waiting to see how Androidish Google gets with their new purchase and I’ll get rid of my Versa if the IOS users get left behind.
