Versa Music Controls / notifications keep dropping

Hi all,

I'm having consistent trouble with my Versa - I can sync all of my data just fine but keeping a consistent BT connection that allows me to use Music Control as well as recieve notifications seems impossible.

I go to Bluetooth in Settings and then Restore Music Controls, once I hit pair I can connect Versa (Classic) in the Bluetooth section of Settings on my phone - but this will disconnect after 2 mins or so and Restore Music Controls will defaul to 'Off' - very annoying!

My phone is a Huawei P20 Pro - please advise!

I have the same problem. Hasn't been able to reconnect on its own since the last firmware update.

Yeah, seems to have been happening to be since the last update

I think I may have fixed the issue by resetting my device - confusingly, the option to do so is in the 'About' section in settings 🤔
