Notifications not working at all!

Just bought my Fitbit versa yesterday and tried to set up notification settings. I followed all the correct steps and still kept receiving a notification from the fitbit app telling me "notifications arnt working please restart your device to allow notification" or something similar to that so I turned off my phone turned it back on and still nothing. Went onto the Fitbit website and through the whole list of troubleshooting for notifications and done every single one and still I am not receiving notifications to my watch. Any help?

What phone are you using? Have a work through THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.

Hi! I went through that article yesterday unfortunately 😞 I have a xiaomi mi5x which is a Chinese phone that is actually very advance similar to the newest Samsung ! It is an Android the newest Android version so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work with that !
