Versa not showing notifications

Hi,I’ve got a new versa ( 2 weeks old ) and already stopped showing me notifications for texts etc! It’s never shown me that I have an incoming call either! As my phone is constantly on silent I always rely on my fitbit to let me know when someone is ringing/texting/what’s apping me! I’m loosing out on work because of this 😡 I’ve tried everything,even resetting my versa but it’s still not working. Anyone else experiencing the same problem? Or does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this? Thank you xx

Hey @Karlymarie05, welcome to the Fitbit forums! If your Versa is no longer receiving notifications, first of all, I'd like to ask you, what type of phone are you using? Is it a compatible device? 'cause if it is not, that could be the main reason why some functions aren't working as expected. 

 

If you are using an Android device, keep in mind that the Versa receive notifications while your phone is in Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode, but your device won’t vibrate or wake the screen. To view notifications, swipe down from the clock screen.

If paired to an Android phone, your Fitbit watch or tracker can alert you to notifications at any time:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon > 
    Notifications
  2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

Other Fitbit devices paired to iPhones or Windows 10 phones don’t receive notifications when you turn on the Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode setting on your phone.
