Notifications not working on Versa

Help please! I bought the Fitbit Versa yesterday and so far I am really disappointed with it. I'm struggling to get notifications from my phone to my fitbit such as calls, Texts etc. I've tried all sorts. When I do the test call it sometimes works but then other times doesn't. It has the error message on the top on the notifications settings telling me to restart my phone. I have done numerous times now and it's still not working. Does anyone have any advice.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Nicola1991054! Thanks for the steps you've tried in order to solve the issue with your notifications. 

 

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

 

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. 

 

If your phone is included in our list of supported devices, I'd recommend to follow the steps provided in the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
