I am using Redmi Pro and notifications os not working on my fitbit. It gives me an error on the fitbit app saying i would have to start the phone, which i have tried many times but its still not working.

@Niharika welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not getting notifications from your Redmi Pro. Please check out this help article, which contains a list of the supported devices. In case your device is not listed, this may be the reason why the notifications are not working properly.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. We don't guarantee that these steps will work since th Redmi Pro is not in the list.

 

As a side note, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request for this device in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers and developers.
