Notifications not working on Versa

Hi,

 

I have tried everything to get notifications to stay on. I have tried pairing, re-pairing, disconnecting from the phone and restarting the phone and Fitbit. This works for a while, bit after a short time (sometimes) minutes the notifications on the fit bit stop working and is an error message in red stating the phone needs to be restarted for this to work. I have tried this and again works temporarily but not for long. 

 

Any ideas?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the notifications work properly.
