Like many with iOS, I, suddenly, am not receiving notifications on my galaxy Note 5 (Android). I have been through all the fixes several times. That's the only reason I bought the watch 3 months ago. When I call they say, "sorry,....latest update.....incompatibility problem." Fitbit is not giving me what I paid for. What's up with that??

Hi @Moredisgruntle0 , unfortunately also some Android users suffer from the notifications problem, as a result of the latest Firmware update. Most of these "victims" seem to be Samsung users, do not know why, but almost all of this kind of these posts are by Samsung users. Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on a solution for it. I'm sure for app designers it might make sense, but I have a hard time understanding why it would be such a lengthy challenge to resolve an issue, that did not exist prior to the last app update.
