Notifications not working on my Versa 2.

So I was using a Google Pixel 2 XL... No issues.... Now I'm using a Huawei P Smart 2019, and have issues.

My fitbit app says 'Notification services not running' and asks me to restart my phone.

I have restarted the phone and watch and it doesn't work. I have turnt off battery optimization - still not working. I log out of the app, and delete it then reinstall.. This works for a few hours then it does the same.

Tried contacting fitbit support but no response. Anyone have any ideas, as now I have a normal fitness tracker which I could have paid half the price for... I have also updated the watch and also ensured the app AND my phone have the latest updates.

Hi @Jamie2094o, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications from your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
