Hi my wife has a Fitbit Versa. The LCD of her watch just crashed we don't know why. What should we do? Is it possible that Fitbit will replace this?

Hey! My versa just crashed last night and I've tried resetting it and it won't come back. The backlight seems to still be functional as I get a slight glow around the edge, but the actual lcd display is blank. Was there ever a resolution for this?
