Versa stops syncing

I have installed/uninstalled/started/stopped the app, reset the Versa, and followed every recommendation previously posted.  The Versa still won't sync.  It will work once, then won't work again the rest of the day.  I am so frustrated I am ready to switch to a new smartwatch, if this can't be solved.  WHY do I have to wrestle with the issue continuously?

I am having the same problem. I have had my fitbit for almost 2 years and suddenly it will not sync. I  have tried all the suggestions, and when I  downloaded the new software version, and unpaired it to troubleshoot, it will not pair back up to my device. These devices are too expensive to have to replace this often, and I am ready to give up on fitbit devices.

Same here. Won't sync. Uploaded the new app and it says "update tracker" but then won't do it. Grrrr.  I've tried all the fitbit suggestions and it just won't update. Now the whole thing is locked .......
