Notifications not working on my Versa

I turned my notifications off a few weeks ago and when I turned them back on they do not work. I’ve looked on the forum and made sure my do not disturb was off and vibrations on but it still is not working. I’ve tried to alter it through the app and on my fitbit. How do I get my notifications to work again?
