Notifications not working on versa

I have tried all the troubleshooting help tips to fix the notifications on my versa. Nothing has worked. How long do these Fitbit‘s last? My watch is two years old. Do I just need to get a new one?

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, if it was working before, then its not a watch fault..

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also, as part of troubleshooting another problem, such as syncing not working, you may have uninstalled the Fitbit App and in so doing lost your previous Notification settings?

 

For Notifications to work sync must also be working. Check here

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"

 

If thats working check the notification setup - but also check your phone settings, click on the link "Items"

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Notifications

And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined.

Also

App notifications

and select any apps you want to hear from.

Thank you for the tips. The only thing that is working is an actual phone call will come through with the vibration. Any other kind of text notifications still do not work. I think I am going to call customer support. Thanks for your help.☺️

Same. My watch is 2 years and the notifications stopped working  6+ months ago.
