 I have a hauwai pro 30, and upgraded to versa 2, I'm now getting this, doesn't matter what I do, only thing that will work is if I delete the app a d download again, but this only helps for a few days,

I've heard if this error in both platforms. Several people have posted Posted resolutions  for android. 

Since we are on the hardware board, asking about an app problem, may I ask what phone?

I have the huawei pro 30 i read someone had else had that problem with the 20, so I'm wondering if its the phone vs the app?
