Notifications not working

Hi,

I got a Fitbit Versa and it’s not working for phone and text notification. The vibration works for alarm and step count. But I don’t get the notification up when someone calls, text or email. I have re-started the Fitbit and the app,delete and set up the device again in the app, disconnected the internet and Bluetooth and nothing seems to work. Can someone help please?

One piece odd info is missing @SandraLexie the phone model that you ate having issues with. 

Have you checked the quick settings to see if notifications are still on?
