Versa screen hasn't been working properly

I have had my versa for about a year. It has been acting up a lot. Sometimes verticle colorful lines go thru it. Some times only half the screen works. And now I can not swipe the screen in any direction. Please help!

Hi, can you tell me the name of your Clock Face. Press in the dashboard of your Fitbit app the Watch Icon on top of the screen on the right side. Then press Clock Faces and you will see you current CF and it's name.

In addition to the information that shared @SunsetRunner, please try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, monitor your watch's display and see if the issue gets fixed.
