Notifications not working

Hi, on my Versa 2 for some reason I have stopped receiving any notifications.

When I go into the notifications part of the app it says' notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker'.

I have restarted my phone, my Versa 2 I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and still having the same problem, has anyone else come across this problem and did you manage to fix it?

I am using a huawei P20 phone with the latest updates on phone and Versa 2.

Same happens on my versa 2. I reported it and done the same as what you did,it was better for a couple of weeks maybe but now I'm back to the same message and having to delete and reinstall app every day sometimes twice a day!!!! I have a p30 lite.  

Really frustrating for money spent on watch isn't it!?

Mine was working ok until yestetday, and then suddenly it stopped working,
I get phone calls on my Versa 2 but nothing else 🤬
