Hi, any Singapore user experience the same with me? I no longer able to find the notifications in my profile/versa screen. 

Nothing found in the setting page too. 

I stopped using my versa 1 for almost 2 years and recently i bought a new versa 3. Regretted getting it now. Being able to read messages and calls alert from the watch is one of the reason i bought the new watch.

Hi @Ellenkai - if in the Fitbit App, you click profile photo, Versa 3 photo, do you not see Notifications settings?

Then try logout of the app and restart the phone and Versa 3, and make sure that only the Versa 3 is switched on [Versa 1 is off], it may be confused with which watch is attached.

When you login to the App, go to the phone home screen without closing the app, and click on the sync pop up. You should get the prompts to pair and link the Versa 3. Notifications should be there.

However there is a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App and you may not get notifications coming through currently.
