After the update my notifications quit working as most people’s did. I waited patiently for weeks for the problem to be fixed. Now my notifications work for calls, and others that I have set up but I don’t get text messages. I’ve followed all of the forums and tips on checking everything to make sure it’s set up right and I’ve reset my phone and versa so many times and still no text notifications. I’m getting very frustrated, please help me.

As @N8teGee, requested, please let us know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
