Notifications, sleep, activity not working

I just "upgraded" to the versa from a charge 2 and ive been disappointed since i bought it. Ive done everything suggested as far as troubleshooting and am still having problems. Will there be a software update? I want to love this fitbit as much as my old one but its letting me down.

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. Would it be possible for you to explain to me what exactly is the problem with Notifications, Sleep and Activities on your Versa? An example and screenshots will be very helpful for me to check this further. Additionally, knowing which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far will be very helpful as well.
