I updated my Versa firmware today hoping that I would be able to get my WhatsApp notifications back on the device, but to no avail. This has not worked for months and is a annoying as it is a useful addition. Please can anyone give advice on how to get this running again.

ME too, I was hoping that the notifications issue was beng fixed.  It is so frustrating that such an important feature stoppped working.

Totally agree with annoyance at this failure of basic functionality.  I have tried repeatedly going through all of the troubleshooting options online and with the help desk, all to no avail.

 

It seems to be a known issue, but without any status updates or details as to how or when it will be sorted. 

 

Christmas is coming, time to start looking at other options than Fitbit.
