Getting a bit pissed of with my Versa, alarms not working, notifications not coming through, 10k step notification not working. Sure I turn if off and on again and it’ll work for a day or 2 but then it starts again. Just checked my receipt and I have 30 days to return it, this is day 31. Does anyone else have this problem.
Best AnswerWhay phone are you using? It sounds a bit like compatability issues. If you bought your Versa from the Fitbit online store you have 45 days to return it (from the day your payment went through)
