Notifications stop working?

Getting a bit pissed of with my Versa, alarms not working, notifications not coming through, 10k step notification not working. Sure I turn if off and on again and it’ll work for a day or 2 but then it starts again. Just checked my receipt and I have 30 days to return it, this is day 31. Does anyone else have this problem.

Whay phone are you using? It sounds a bit like compatability issues. If you bought your Versa from the Fitbit online store you have 45 days to return it (from the day your payment went through)

iPhone 7. Not sure about compatibility for the reason alarms don’t work and they are set on the Watch not the phone
