Notifications tab on app empty

32.32.10.15 firmware

 

My versa is receiving notifications as expected, however, when I open the app on my phone, the notifications tab is completely empty. (It worked at some point). I tried reinstalling the app, still nothing.

I'll admit, mine was User Error.... 

 

On the App, I was going into the Notifications tab on the bottom right of the "home" screen.  Where I WANTED to be (or thought I was), I had to:  Click the top right to get into MY fitbit's setting, then in the middle, under General, click Notifications.

I'm having the same issue, I have a banner on the live tile on that won't go away.  I know I'm receiving achievements because I receive the emails but the notifications tab remains empty.

 

I'm a new user so I'm going not sure if it's ever worked. I'm running an Alta HR paired to a Samsung S8 running Android 8.0.0
