I have had an ongoing issue with my notifications, they are stopping all the time. When I go into the app it says a phone restart is required to enable notifications. I do the phone restarts and this works for a short period and then no notifications again. Very frustrating. Please help.

Hi, @Bex2026 , do you use more than one device to sync to?  For example, when I am home I usually sync to my iPad.  When I am out and about, my Fitbit is connected to my phone.  I find that this means I do not get notifications when my iPad is awake.  This is because to get notifications your phone must be not only “connected” by Bluetooth to your Fitbit, but also “paired”.  A Fitbit can only pair to one device at a time.

It also could be that your phone and Fitbit do not have a robust Bluetooth connection.  Which phone are you using?  Often restarting Bluetooth on your phone is enough and a full restart of the phone is not required.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
