RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS

Reset my Fitbit. And now it won't do anything but. Tell me to to download the app which I did and now it won'r sync

Download message in all languages to download the app

Hey @BAMBAM210 , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your information. The message you receive on the watch "fitbit.com/setup" in different languages means that your device should be setup again to your account, this is normal after you perform a factory reset on the watch.

@JuanFitbit I have the same problem as the previous person.  Except I am not able to find my Fitbit Versa via bluetooth on neither my phone (Samsung S7) nor my Windows 10 computer.  Odd thing is my phone and computer can both see each other via bluetooth.  Any ideas? 

 

Oh, and I have even tried connecting my cradle/charger to the computer too, with no luck.  I have the latest updates on my computer and phone too.  The screen change and issues on my Fitbit began when I was told I needed to "Update Firmware".  Now its not working.

The problem still exist.. im very dissatisfied. I just want my fitbit to work again..
