Sat at work this evening and the pink arrow appeared for the new firmware update

Got home to download it and now it's disappeared???

Please can I have my firmware update back please, I've waited all week for this and now it's gone

I saw on another thread that fitbit has paused the release of the update, and they have removed the firmware update from those who did not start the process in order to work on issues 😞

 

"Fitbit Update 12/21: Due to issues with the firmware update process, we're pausing the release of Fitbit OS 3.0. Some users may notice the firmware update is no longer available. If you still have the update and haven't started the process, we recommend you wait until the issues are resolved. We'll let you know when the update is available. Thanks for your patience!"
