Hi,

When I change my clock face, I still have a previous clock in the background that will not be removed.

I already cleared, restarted, and even added to a different account, and the clock is still in the background.

please advise on how I can fix this

thanks

Hi there, @imaang. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've tried, I suggest removing the previous clock face (the one which remains in the background) from your saved clock faces. To do so, tap the clock face > Removeclock face. Then, try once again to restart your Versa 2.
