I have purchased at least 10 different fitbits in the last several years. At last Christmas I purchased three Versas. One of them has quit working, beginning with failure to count heart rate, and went downhill from there. Fitbit will not fix it, saying where I purchased it was not an authorized seller. It is the last fitbit I will purchase.
