As the title says, I can't get my versa to use connected GPS with my OnePlus 6. My tracker is up to date as is the app on my phone. I've tried ALL the optimisation setting fixes which have been mentioned previously on the forums including making sure the padlock is checked to keep the app running in the foreground. Disabling the battery optimisation, making sure notifications are on, always sync, checked that connected gps is on etc. Nothing is working at all and it just won't connect. I don't really know what to do. I've only had it since Friday but this is the first time I've tried to connect it to my phone's GPS and it just does not want to work. What should I do, It's just permanently stuck as 'connecting...'
Please Help?

Hi Juan,
I have a oneplus 6 and I am facing the exact same issues. Tried everything but no luck. The GPS will connect for a few seconds and then shut down.. I have to open the app and refresh it everytime I want it to connect to the GPS..
Your kind support would be appreciated as I am heavily dependent on this device to track my daily runs/cycle sessions. I have already missed out on my two stats record because of this and is getting quite frustrating.. Hope you can help.
Regard,
Owais Ahmed

Just noticed that mine Fitbit app was allowed GPS access only when app was running. I changed it to allow access all the time. We will see if it fixes the issues with my OnePlus 6t.
